New gun law:

As of 12 December 2008 is the new gun laws. Airsoft guns are now among the so-called privileged weapons, there is NO ARMS PURCHASE FORM required. The minimum age for buying a airsoft gun is 18.

Purchase of a soft-air weapon:

As proof of age, we need a copy of a valid identity card (ID, passport, driving license) scanned by email or by post. Is there a person is suspected that they might endanger themselves or anyone else with a weapon, we are obliged to prevent the sale.

Foreigners need a C residence permit.

To members of the following countries, unfortunately we can not deliver in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 1 of the Weapons Ordinance:

Croatia
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Kosovo
Montenegro
Macedonia
Turkey
Sri Lanka
Algeria
Albania

Wearing of Airsoft guns:

Wearing soft-air weapons in public is no longer with the new gun laws allowed. The transport of Airsoft guns is only in events (training, course, game ..) of an airsoft club or on the direct route to the dealer (to our shop) allowed. Always transport the ammunition to be transported are separated, they may not be visible to passers-by. If you do not follow these rules makes it an offense!

Fields:

Playing Gotcha on private playing fields is still allowed. Playing fields have to be deferred and made recognizable. If a playing field located in a forest must be adjacent to the site owner and the Forest Service to agree, which is usually the appropriate community. If landowners and forestry department to agree, should necessarily have the local police are informed.
